So here he is, the guy who sells dresses at the corner of North Boulevard and Columbus, right in front of the King Grocery. He takes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Rupe wonders about many, many things:
1) Personal service? Well ... of course he offers it .....
2) Dressing rooms are available, Rupe mcsupposes .....
3) Refund policy? (If you can find him .....)
4) Is he "up" on the colors and styles are "in" for the Fall and Winter seasons? Rupe will assume this is the case .....

2) Definitely mcnot, unless you are EXTREMELY uninhibited.
3) Not sure about that, but he's been in business there since I've lived here (over 20 years) so he's more established than most of the stores at any of ouir malls.
4) I'm not, so I don't know.
