My cat Jack died this morning.
As is almost always the case with "pets", he was more than that.
He was a companion and a true friend.
I will love him forever.

Your cat looks just like my cat, Goldy, did you meet him when you were over? He is eighteen and I thought he is going to outlive me. How old was Jack?
Jack was 19. I wish he would have outlived me.
